Shop/wine critic review: Deep, intensely flavorful and velvet-smooth, the 2020 Apothic Crush is a luscious Red Blend brimming with appealing fruit character. Ripe black cherry, wild blackberry and raspberry fruit notes are layered on the inviting palate with toffee and milk chocolate. The long, lingering finish adds hints of rich, silky caramel. A blend of Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir and Zinfandel, this is a Crush that demands to be shared.

References of specific flavors: SUGARPLUM, BLUEBERRY, DARK CHOCOLATE, BLACK PEPPER, HERBS,

Your review: This is a good dry red wine. The initial smell is not as bitter as its aftertaste but it really goes well in balance. You can taste the chocolate and then the spicy aftertaste.

If you had food: None
